About me ...
My name is Kathy Leslie and I live in Canberra, ACT, Australia.
I've been a keen motorcyclist since the late '70s
and I currently own and ride
a 1980 Honda CX500 Shadow,
a 2006 Honda NT700V Deauville and
a 2006 BMW F650GS.
Having completed the

I've decided to have one more go!

| 9 | Get fittings to mount SPOT GPS Messenger on Postie Bike | |
| 10 | Buy soft foam handgrips and foam sleeping mat (for additional insulation on cold nights) | |
| 11 | Work out mean min/max temperatures along the route | |
| 12 | Make final payment and send in travel insurance details | |
| 13 | Get in some practice riding on unsealed roads | |
| 14 | Work out what stuff I need to take (and/or can't live without) | |
| 15 | Work out how much stuff I can fit in an 90 litre duffle bag while keeping the weight to 15kg or less | |
| 16 | Work out what else will fit in the milk crate (apart from a 5 litre fuel container, lunch box and water bottles) | |
